With over twenty years of experience in the mechanical insulation and firestopping industry, Cyndie has earned a reputation as one of the top industry professionals in her field. As president of MIS Insulation, Cyndie has lead her WBE and DBE company to 30 million in annual sales, and has been a vital part in the continued success of MIS today.

As a project manager and owner, Cyndie Daley, has managed some of the largest projects in the world, including the recent 12 billion dollar City Center project, McCarren Intl. Airport, and the current LAX Airport projects, to name a few.

In addition to her achievements as a business leader, Cyndie is also a fiercely competitive tri-athlete that has competed, and continues to compete in some of the most physically and mentally challenging races in the world. With recent top 10 finishes in Iron Girl Las Vegas and others, Cyndie has consistently proven to herself and most importantly, MIS's customers, that honest hard work can truly pay off big, no matter how great the challenge.

Dee's main responsibility in the company is labor. He is responsible for making sure that the jobs come in on time and on budget. He has many ways of insuring that this happens. Nevertheless, he always follows the fundamentals:

2.) He makes sure that the products that are used meet the specification requirements as well as being labor friendly.
3.) The top employees set a standard for production and quality.
4.) Committed and caring employees are rewarded in writing, verbally, and monetarily.
5.) The average employees are expected to overachieve.
6.) The below average employees are to be terminated using proper procedures.

Training

Dee grew up in the industry. While simultaneously working in the trade, he also attended the University of Utah where he earned a bachelors of science in organizational communication. In construction, communication can be a very difficult endeavor. With that in mind, Dee's excellent written and verbal skills assist the company in having successful projects. For example, he follows the submittal process from the beginning to the end. Also, he makes sure that the company's goals are communicated in the office as well as in the field.
