works closely with owners, architects, engineers, and mechanical
contractors. We insulate mechanical piping, equipment and ductwork in
commercial and industrial buildings. These
projects range from high-rise mega resorts to office complexes,
hospitals and prisons. Industrial projects ranging from
powerhouses to dairies.

All projects we work on begin with the
QuickPen Estimating System, which we believe to be the most accurate and
comprehensive estimating system on the market.

We have four QuickPen
systems used fulltime by several estimators.

With this program, combined with our
ComputerEase accounting software, we are able to break out areas and
create Monthly job-cost reports.

After visiting each jobsite weekly, our
project superintendent analyzes the reports and coordinates them with the
project foreman.
